CAMP STAFF RULES
from staff handbook
  • All staff must conduct themselves in an exemplary manner at all times. Remember that campers are quick to copy your actions, attitudes, or speech. Parents judge the camp by your conduct and attitude.

  • Do not show favoritism among campers- give each camper an equal chance to enjoy camp.

  • Men may escort women to their cabins from the mess hall and vice versa. Be quiet in the cabin areas. Do not loiter on the hills.

  • A minimum of two counselors must be on duty at all times with each cabin group.

  • A punctual return to the cabin at the end of hours off and camp curfew is your responsibility. Camp curfew is; Jr. staff- 10:30 pm, Sr. Staff- 12:00 am

  • Don't take chances with campers. They may have poor judgment, but you cannot afford to. When in doubt, don't do it.

  • Do not visit other cabins at night. Campers and staff need a quiet rest area.

  • Respect the camp facility and equipment. Don't deface walls. Return all borrowed equipment to its proper place.
