Dear Guidance Counselor:

Attached you will find a one page application for the Annabelle Bollinger Memorial Scholarship Fund. Please distribute to any student who meets the criteria of majoring in Special Education or a related field. The Scholarship will be awarded by end of June 2006 with monies paid to the applicable school in the Fall of 2004. The scholarship currently $500.00 will be awarded only once per student.
